According to the FPC philosophy, we always give equal opportunity to women and men. In order to promote and encourage women's empowerment, we have a female director from the top management. Mrs. Shaji Mustafa is a Director as a result.
Mrs.Shaji Mustafa , the wife of Mr. Ahmed Mustafa, a computer science bachelor's degree holder, has lived in Tirupur since birth. Her family and ancestors are still involved in the textile industry, and they currently operate a well known brand for domestic and retail sales in India.
Her main virtues are sincerity, diligence, and rational thought.

Mr.Ahmed Mustafa has a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's degree and a Materials Management & Marketing MBA.
He began his career in the auto sector in India working for a major Korean automaker, where he was in charge of implementing TS 16949 certifications.
After that, there were around 23 years of extensive expertise in the textile and garment industries. In the first ten years, he worked in Industrial engineering, Merchandising, and Marketing for a variety of top garment exporters. Owning several clothing and fabric processing businesses in the current and several textile dealings with well known brands both domestically and abroad.
His strengths are that he is amiable, committed, and eager to finish the job.

Selva Kumar

Vice President

Dr. Selvakumar holds a Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Clothing, an MBA in HR Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety, a Nebosh (IGC) certification, and a Doctorate in Management Studies with a focus on Safety in the Apparel Industry. He also holds Lead Auditor certifications for WRAP, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001, as well as Certified Auditor status for the SA8000 standard.
Additionally, he has about 20 years of expertise in the apparel industry and exposure to many different parts of India as well as other nations, where he managed some of the top leading brands for the US and UK markets. He has handled a number of sustainability initiatives, CSR activities, compliance and social audits, security audits, and technical audits for this apparel business. He also has extensive knowledge of recycling standards including GOTS, Oeko Tex 100, RCS, GRS, and others.
His character traits include commitment, responsibility and teamwork.
